Really proud to be supporting the lads at Leyland Albion FC this season ⚽️

It’s great to see a new team come together, and I’m really pleased that CJ Roofing Solutions can play a small part in helping them get started.

Grassroots football is what it’s all about, and if we can help support the local community while the lads do what they love, then we’re more than happy to do it.

And what a start to the season! 2–2 after 90 minutes, followed by a 4–2 win on penalties to get through to the next round! 👏🏽

Wishing all the players, coaches and everyone involved a brilliant season. Looking forward to seeing how far you can go!

Proud to have the CJ Roofing Solutions name on the shirt and even prouder to support the team. 🙌🏾💪🏽

⚽🏆 CHALLENGE CUP – FULL TIME 🏆⚽

Leyland Albion 1st Team 2–2 Sporting Euxton
Leyland Albion win 4–2 on penalties 🎯

What a way to start our competitive season!

A really hard-fought game against a good Sporting Euxton side finished level at 2–2 after 90 minutes, taking our first Challenge Cup game all the way to penalties.

The lads held their nerve from the spot and came through 4–2 on penalties to book our place in the next round. 💪

Plenty still to work on, but a great result and another step forward for a group that's only just starting its journey together.

📸 Our team photo from today also includes Cameron from CJ Roofing Solutions Ltd, who are the kind sponsors of our Open Age team. A massive thank you to Cameron and everyone at CJ Roofing for their support — their backing has helped us get this new team up and running and looking the part in our new kit. Support from local businesses really does make a difference to grassroots football, and we're extremely grateful to have them on board. ❤️💙

Thanks as well to Sporting Euxton for a competitive game and all the best for the season ahead. 🤝

🔵🔴 UP THE ALBION! 🔴🔵
