At Richard Soan Roofing Services, delivering on our mandatory Social Value commitments isn't just about ticking boxes—it's about making a lasting difference in our communities.
As part of our social value obligations on a recent project, we are proud to be funding the building of a new disabled access ramp at Willingdon School. This ramp gives pupils step-free access to the Forest School building, ensuring outdoor education is accessible to every child, regardless of mobility.
For our team, this project hit close to home. One of our team members, whose adult child is a wheelchair user, shared:
"As a parent of a wheelchair user, I know firsthand that accessibility isn't just a requirement—it's what gives every child the dignity, independence, and opportunity to participate alongside their peers."
