Another day, another chimney removal! 🏠🔨

This leaking, unused chimney has now been taken down below roof level and tiled over, leaving a neat, watertight finish. We also installed a tile vent to maintain airflow and help reduce any risk of condensation.

Flat roof replaced in East Chiltington.

The old roof had started leaking and the decking was rotten, so we stripped it back and started fresh.

• New OSB decking
• Re-insulated
• 3-layer torch-on felt system

All finished up and watertight again 👍

Repairs carried out to the leaking metal box gutters at the horticulture building at Plumpton College.
All areas were thoroughly wire brushed and treated with rust converter before applying Owl Lava 20, helping to extend the life of the existing gutters until they are fully replaced alongside the polycarbonate roof in the future.

This will keep the classroom dry and allow students to get back to learning — without getting an unexpected shower!

Another leaking flat roof successfully completed in Barcombe. We stripped the roof right back to the original decking and installed a high-performance, three-layer torch-on felt system, giving the property a strong, durable and fully watertight finish built to last for years to come.

The existing cladding has clearly seen better days and is scheduled to be replaced in the New Year, which will further improve both the appearance and protection of the building.
