Little office bespoke built (no kits here😁).
Fully insulated. double glazed.
Remote control led lighting.
Underfloor heating.
Ample power outlets and USB ouylets.
Built on base with "wrap around" underground drainage system.
Set into the bank, and takes hardly any of the garden area away.
Lawn removed/garden retained and covered with light grey granite chippings.

Been a very very busy start to the season.
As my customers will know im not one for taking pictures 🙄, I get too "into the job" 😂.
But rest assured I'll get some photos and show what we've been upto so far this season very soon.
Got a very busy year ahead.
