⚽️ PROUD SPONSORS! ⚽️

We’ve been proud sponsors of Arlesey Town Football Club for the past two years, and this season we’ve had the opportunity to go one step further and sponsor the lads’ new home kit! 💙⚽️💚🖤

I finally managed to find some time to get down there, have a photo with the team and watch a bit of their football — and what a great day to choose!

Their first game of the season in their brand-new kit… and a 3–0 WIN! 👏🔥

It’s brilliant to be able to support grassroots football and give something back to the youngsters. Seeing them out there enjoying themselves, working as a team and getting a result makes it all worthwhile.

Up the lads! 💙⚽️🖤💚

🏡 Double-Storey Extension Update 🏡

It’s been a little while since we shared an update on this project, so we thought it was time to show you where we’re at.

A huge amount of progress has been made behind the scenes. We now have all structural steels installed, new ceiling joists fitted, two new hand-cut roofs completed, and all blockwork finished—another major milestone achieved.

We’re also pleased to say that every stage completed so far has been inspected and signed off by Building Control, giving our customers complete peace of mind that the work is being carried out to the highest standard.

The next exciting stages are just around the corner, with the roof being tiled next week, followed by the installation of the windows the week after. Once that’s complete, the rendering will begin, bringing the outside of the project to life.

After that, the scaffold will finally come down, revealing the full transformation of the exterior. Then it’s time to focus on the inside and turn our customer’s vision into reality.

We’re looking forward to sharing more progress as this fantastic project continues.

🏗️ Another Structural Alteration Completed ✔️

A recent project involved opening up the majority of the downstairs to create a spacious, open-plan kitchen, dining and conservatory area, completely transforming the layout and making the home feel brighter and more connected.

To achieve this, we installed four structural steel beams, all fitted safely and in accordance with the structural engineer’s drawings. We’re pleased to say the installation was inspected and approved by Building Control, giving our clients complete peace of mind.

Structural alterations require careful planning, experience and precision, and that’s exactly what our team delivers on every project.

If you’re thinking about removing internal walls, installing structural steels, or creating an open-plan living space, we’d be happy to help.

🚧 New Project Started in Baldock 🔨

Excited to get underway on another major project for our clients in Baldock.

We’ve started by dismantling the existing conservatory and removing the current concrete base and footings, as they weren’t deep enough for the new build. The new footings are now dug and ready for the next stage of works.

This project will include a large double-storey extension with multiple internal alterations throughout the property, along with a brand-new bathroom and a luxurious new kitchen to completely transform the home.

A big job ahead with plenty of structural work involved, but we’re looking forward to bringing this one to life 💪

Keep an eye out for progress updates as the build moves forward.
