👀 Wondering what those big wrapped-up bundles outside our workshop have been?

It's the Staney Hill Phase One kits, all wrapped up and ready to go! 🏠

There's been plenty happening behind the scenes at DITT as we get these ready for site. Lots of hard work from the workshop team and lots of excitement as we get closer to seeing everything come together on site! 👏

But don't worry, while the big jobs are keeping us busy, we are still able to take on your smaller jobs too! 🔨

🏗️ 𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗧 𝗗elivering 𝗜nfrastructure 𝗧hrough 𝗧ime 🏗️

40 years ago today, in 1986, we held an open day at the flats we built at Bloomfield Place in Lerwick! 🏢

The first photo, an aerial view of Lerwick by Malcolm Younger, captures construction beginning at Bloomfield Place in the bottom left corner. The second photo shows the flats as they look today, four decades on.

But here's a little secret that many people might not know... 👀
Underneath the flats is hidden storage for our yard! So while these flats have been home to residents for 40 years, there's a little bit of storage tucked away beneath them too.
