Incredible before and after photos on this complete internal refurb in leighton buzzard 📍

The homeowners requirements was increased worktop space with more lighting and we certainly delivered.

This worktop is a polar white quartz finish delivering ease of maintanence along with robust durability. The undercabinet lighting provides more impact during the day or subtle input throughout the night. This with the removal of the internal wall has allowed the natural light to also aid in this free flowing space.

Removing the internal wall has allowed the worktop to travel the length of the wall optimizing all available space. Is this something you would like in your property?

Beautiful full garden makeover in Leighton buzzard 📍

This customer loves his garden, and it was a pleasure to produce a product that matched his love for the space. The indian sandstone curved path from the house to the metal gate allows a magical journey through the colour's and smells of the flowers and plants. Edged with a charcoal sett and jointed with a black resin compound the light lights and dark darks provide a strong contrast to the colour's of the space. The metal fence and gate ensures the view of the garden can be seen wherever you are while still providing security from passers by and inquisitive pets. The blue engineering half round step ensures the curves are kept throughout the project.

Some things have to get worse to get better. That was definitely the case with this crack in the boiler house in cheddington.📍

Major separation of the two buildings were caused by a few different factors:
● Vine plants left to their own devices for decades invaded the mortar and caused movement.
● Building practices of days gone by not tied in as substantially as today's practices.

A belt and braces approach has ensured mechanical Fixings, internal straps, heli bar in mortar beds and wall ties where possible.

Repointing in a self repairing lime mortar mix gives as close an aestically pleasing finish to the original masonry.

9 inch brick wall replacement for old rotten fencing in Bedford 📍

The customers old fence was close to falling down so a new solid 9 inch masonry wall has been built instead. Using masonry will allow materials longevity against elements for a long time to come.

Phase 1 completed on this garden wall in dunstable 📍

9 inch wall built with Hampton rural blends and a engineering brick finish. Great contrast on the before and after. This length of wall is now awaiting the finishing touches of a metal railing.

Due to the age of the wall, the existing footing was non-existent. After demolition of the old wall, a new substantial footing was poured to ensure this wall goes no where.
