Excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a friendly team in a growing business. The successful candidate will be a professional and positive manager with excellent customer service skills and the ability to grow sales and develop their team.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Managing and developing a busy team of 3 – with support from senior management

• Providing product information and quotations for bathroom products – from individual items through to complete bathrooms. Knowledge of Virtual World is desirable (training available if required).

• To maximise sales through proactive involvement with customers

• Serving trade and retail customers on the trade counter – includes bathroom/plumbing and electrical products

•Building, developing and managing relationships with customers

•Processing sales orders and quotations using SAGE and following all procedures

•Sourcing products, liaising with suppliers and raising purchase orders

•Arrange replenishment of stock; complete requisitions and manage stock take

•Manage all health and safety requirements effectively

•Any other duties reasonably requested.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Occasional - Saturdays to meet business needs.
