🚨 Early Sunday Morning Callout in Preston 🚨

This morning we attended a wrong fuel job on a SEAT Leon after £30 of petrol was accidentally put into a diesel car. Thankfully the customer realised quickly and pushed the vehicle away from the pump before starting it 👍

We were on site within 35 minutes, carried out a full fuel drain and got the customer back on the road fast with no further issues.

🚨 Wrong Fuel Rescue in Stockport another Job Completed! 🚨

We were called out to a petrol station in Stockport after a customer accidentally filled their Volvo V60 with petrol instead of diesel with the tank sitting at around a 50/50 mix.

This wasn’t a simple drain down. These models have a saddle tank setup (due to rear wheel drive), making the job more complex than usual. No problem for us 👨‍🔧

⏱️ 35 minutes to arrive
⛽ 20–30 minutes to safely drain and complete the job

🚐🔧 This Week at Fuel Flush

Well… not the kind of excitement we plan for! 😅

One of our service vans picked up a screw in the tyre and unfortunately, it was so close to the sidewall that it couldn’t be repaired. That meant a full tyre replacement to get us safely back on the road.

Huge thanks to the team at Formula One Autocentres Ashton-in-Makerfield for getting us sorted quickly and back on the road in no time! 👏

The good news? We’re back doing what we do best keeping our customers moving! 💪

A little reminder: even small things like a screw can turn into a bigger issue depending on where it lands, so always get tyres checked.
