They quickly proved they would be a dominant force in the North West of England, providing Dispense Services for a host of discerning Major Brewers such as Bass, Scottish Courage and Greenalls. Over the next 10 years they grew and developed their business and by 2000 they had 40 staff, with a turnover of over £1m. A decision was made in 2000 to join forces with City Technical Services based in Gla
sgow. CTS were already a dominant force in Scotland, providing dispense services for Bass, Scottish Courage and Belhaven, and also Refrigeration services to the Scottish & English Licensed trade. Within 2 years the dispense side of the business had grown to employ 300 staff and had established itself as the first Independent National Provider of Dispense Services in the UK. March 2008 saw a Management buyout, where Phil & Andy purchased the Dispense Services division from City Refrigeration to create a standalone Independent National Dispense Services Provider, City Dispense Services. City Dispense Services is now 100% owned by its founders Phil Jones and Andy Fletcher.
