Mark and the crew came in and turned my run down 1970's old fashioned kitchen/dining room into a wonderful modern open plan kitchen and I couldn't thank them enough for making this house a home!

They worked around the clock to get the perfect finishing touches and their attention to detail is next to none! Theyre polite, hardworking gents who take sincere pride in their work and their work goes to show!

They are very professional and go by the book ensuring any new certification required (i.e. building control for a load-bearing wall) is completed start to finish and always keeps you up to date and explain the necessary steps so you are included and know what is going on throughout.
These builders are tidy, and can be trusted to work without any presence! On my work days the key was left where it should and they even locked the house up front to back, making sure it was tidy and safe every day when they left!

New projects in the house are already lined up with these guys and I wouldn't go with anyone else. Their work should be acknowledged and appreciated!

🏡 THUNDERSLEY REFURBISHMENT | PROJECT UPDATE

Our Thundersley refurbishment is well and truly underway! 🔨

The strip-out is now complete, with internal walls removed to begin creating a much more open-plan living space and completely transform the flow of the property.

With the new layout taking shape, we’ve moved into the first-fix stage.

⚡ Electrical services are being rerouted and upgraded to suit the new layout, improving both safety and functionality throughout the home.

🚰 First-fix plumbing is also being repositioned and installed ready for the new kitchen, bathrooms and updated internal arrangement.

A lot of the work happening right now will eventually be hidden behind the finished walls and ceilings — but getting this stage right is essential to creating a home that not only looks great, but works properly too.

The transformation is already taking shape, with plenty more to come from this one. 👀

Another big step forward on our Rochford rear extension 👷‍♂️🏡

The liquid screed is now down, bringing us another stage closer to the finish line.

This extension has moved on at a serious pace, but that doesn’t happen by accident. Careful planning, good organisation and a strong work ethic from the lads on site have kept every stage flowing smoothly — without compromising on the quality of the build.

From groundwork and structure through to getting the property watertight and now the floor screed, it’s been great to see this project progress so efficiently.

A big thanks to for supplying the screed and helping us keep everything moving. 🙌
