25 bays of fencing and 2 concrete shed bases completed on this project. ✅

We removed all of the existing fencing and replaced it with heavy-duty treated fence panels, new posts, and new gravel boards along one side. At the customer’s request, we reused the existing gravel boards on the opposite side.

The project also included clearing overgrown foliage/tree stumps, preparing the ground for two shed bases, and pouring both concrete pads to complete the installation.

Another project completed to a high standard and, most importantly, another happy customer!

Another stunning driveway transformation completed!

This 106m² driveway was fully excavated and all spoil removed before being professionally prepared ready to lay these beautiful Brett Aura Silver Fleck blocks in two sizes, finished with a classic soldier course border.

As part of the project, we also installed:

✅New fencing
✅Gates and posts
✅Fresh Portuguese laurels

✅ Pictures and words really don’t do this job justice — expectations have truly been exceeded.

What a few weeks it’s been on the Manor Project. We’ve put blood, sweat and tears into this one, and what a transformation it’s turned out to be — one we’re proud to put our name to.

From dig-out to grout, we carried out every aspect of the work on this project. Due to the sheer scale of the job, we brought in the lads over at K.A Tiles to help us get it over the line.

🔹 110M2 of 600x900x20mm porcelain laid
🔹 Over 40 tonnes excavated by hand
🔹 24 tonnes of Type 1 MOT stone installed
🔹 Pool copings cut down and bullnosed to perfectly match the porcelain finish
🔹 Soakaway system installed
🔹 ACO drains fitted around the property perimeter
🔹 Multiple materials moved in and out throughout the project

Finished just in time for the bank holiday weekend, so our happy customer can get outside and enjoy the beautiful weather on their brand-new porcelain patio.

✅ Project complete…

This week we wrapped up a new footpath and wall, featuring these stunning 600 x 900 Indian sandstone slabs in a Raj Blend colourway.

The paving was laid on a 50mm wet bed of sand and cement, over 120mm of fully compacted Type 1 stone for a solid, long-lasting base.

The area is perfectly finished with Cotswold chippings, adding a clean and elegant touch.

We also built a bespoke planter, mirroring the client’s existing wall, designed to keep the dog out of the flowerbeds — practical, sturdy, and looks great!

We will be revisiting next year to add a soak-away system and re soil/turf the garden. 🪏
