Original double glazed window in need of a replacement sealed unit..
Original unit had been mastic sealed in... difficult to remove. Then a good clean up.
Glazing tape applied. Beaded. Final clean. Job Done ✔️

A good clean up and sanded.
Couple coats of satin black spray paint... then a final coat of clear sealer...
Strong for many more years...

It's Friday..it's local... it's All about window repairs today. With an assistant.
First up a new Espag locking g mechanism replacement. Front door adjustments. Replacement window handles.
Then onto, job 2.
Replacement sealed unit into hardwood window sash.
Thanks to Essex plastics ltd for the sealed unit.. several Replacement window seals.
Then job 3. Adjustments to an old upvc rear door..
No Allen keys used today.. new tool Friday... mini ratchet set...it's the future....

The last couple of days working on this... we recently replaced the roof and timber posts a couple of months back.
Then let the timber work to season.. and were back.. !!!!!!
Fair bit of sanding and sealing... then lots of cutting in, and more paints..
Thanks to Abbalina Burton and Nichols Carpentry LTD for your assistance. At least it was nice n warm n sunny...

Simple... floor outta level. Each post out of line... simple.
Break up panels into van.
Second straight forward job.
Remove existing fence post.
Absolutely horrible. No where to dig out solid concrete. Heavy going. Horrible. Finally after a few hours . It's out. New one in replace panels and gravel board. Back fill, concrete done..
Yuk....tough going. But it's all done
