Following planning approval and completion of our technical drawings and tender package, construction has now started on this extensive home transformation in Woodford Green.
The scheme brings together two-storey side and rear extensions, a single-storey rear extension, and a replacement roof with a loft conversion.
Outside, a raised rear patio and sensory garden will be complemented by a new garden outbuilding accommodating a sauna, salon and storage.
