Another project underway 👷‍♂️🏗️

Here’s a look at one of our latest strip-out projects — a block of unused flats currently being taken back to its original shell.

The works include:
• Full clearance and removal of waste
• Taking down stud walls and internal partitions
• Removing doors, door frames, window sills and skirting boards
• Removal of all disconnected services
• Complete internal strip-out and preparation back to the original shell

The project is still a work in progress, but we wanted to share a few photos of the job as it develops.

Some before, during and after photos of a job we completed for a friend of ours before holiday 👷‍♂️🛠️

The old roof was taken down, walls removed, and the sliding doors taken out — bringing the area back to how it was originally. We also removed all materials and waste from site, leaving everything clean and tidy ready for the new fence to be installed. ✅

🚨 Emergency ceiling repairs
We were called out after a leak caused ceilings to come down in several rooms. We acted fast, removing all damaged plasterboard, de-nailing and re-boarding the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Everything was left safe, clean, and tidy, with waste neatly stacked for the homeowner.

🏠 Concrete shed roof removal
We also removed a heavy concrete shed roof to allow extra height to be added to the walls, making way for a brand-new flat roof.

Finally, Facebook has sorted itself out and is letting me post again 🎉

We’ve been out on site in the run-up to Christmas removing three different layers from around the roofs of these old flats in — tin sheeting with ply boarding on timber underneath — ready for the buildings to be demolished safely.

All waste was disposed of safely and correctly.
