Employee of the month for July 2026 goes to Mr Pepper Hardy. Heā€™s beat me to it again! This time heā€™s shown exceptional skill in using puppy eyes to win quotes over the competition, and his ability to litter pick gardens of old tennis balls is second to none. Well done Pepper! This monthā€™s gift is an all expenses paid beach trip to the East Coast.

Heā€™s done me again! The June award for employee of the month goes to Pepper. šŸ•ā€šŸ¦ŗšŸ† This time for holding down the fort whilst I had a bout of physical-burnout at the start of the June and spent 6 days on the sofa. I might not have won the award but at least I have proven to myself that I can work hard!!
