🏡 WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 🔨

From an old conservatory and tired garden space to a brand-new extension, raised timber decking, access ramps and a beautiful Indian sandstone patio.

There's been a huge amount of work involved in bringing this project together, much of which you don't get to see in the finished photos!

From the initial demolition and groundworks to the foundations, drainage, brickwork, roofing and all the preparation involved in creating the new outdoor space.

The raised decking and access ramps have also been carefully designed to provide easier access between the house, garden and garage.

It's been a big project with plenty of challenges along the way, but seeing everything come together makes all the hard work worthwhile! 💪

Thanks to all my sub contractors that helped with this project. Great team effort! 👌

Another Warm deck completed the right way. ☀️🔥

Safe to say this week has been the hottest conditions I've ever worked in, but the standard doesn't change because the temperature does.

Roof joists, warm roof insulation, rooflight upstands and all the details completed ready for the next stage.

Quality workmanship is about doing it right, even when the heat is against you. Another roof built to last. 💪

Thanks to Ollie O.B CONSTRUCTION
For the business. 🙏 Glad to be able to help out for your lovely customers.

☀️ The heat hasn't made things easy this week in Stoney Stanton, but it's certainly not stopped us making progress!

The blockwork is now up to wall plate height, with just a couple more courses left on the outer skin before we get the roof on.

Really pleased with the progress and proud of what we've achieved despite the soaring temperatures.

Massive thanks to Ollie .b_construction_leicester for all the hard work this week. Onwards and upwards! 👏🔨🏗️

Apologies for the music choice 😆😂
