The team has been busy in Cosby, transforming a property and giving it the ultimate protection against damp. For this project, we took things right back to the basics to ensure a permanent fix.

This property was suffering from serious water ingress in a partially underground utility room. A previous damp-proofing company had tanked the walls with a salt membrane, but they failed to leave any space for water movement—causing major issues for the homeowner. 🤦‍♂️💧
