When you’re dealing with a blocked pipe, it’s not always a quick fix - and sometimes the real issue is hidden out of sight. That’s where we come in.

We were called out to a property with a waste pipe blockage that was causing ongoing drainage problems. After attempting to clear it, we found the issue was actually located underneath the customer’s decking.

To get it sorted, we carefully lifted part of the decking to access the pipework. The blockage couldn’t be cleared due to the condition of the pipe, so we installed a brand new section to redirect the waste flow and prevent future issues.

Once everything was running smoothly again, we cleaned up the area beneath the decking and made sure the space was left tidy and safe.
