🌿 Another Day, Another Garden Round 🌿

Out and about in Glenfield today, working through our regular maintenance customers and keeping everything looking neat, tidy and under control.

There’s something satisfying about seeing the difference a garden makes when it’s regularly maintained — fresh lawns, tidy borders, sharp hedges and everything just looking cared for. 🌱✂️

That the eclipse done for another 54 years. Not going to lie feeling like it was a little over rated. I was expecting a full black out. 🌒

A busy day out on the garden maintenance round around Coalville today. 🌿

It’s certainly been a dry spell, and you can really see the difference in the gardens now. Everything is looking very thirsty and a decent amount of rain wouldn’t go amiss!

Still, plenty to keep me busy — lawns, borders, hedges and shrubs all getting the usual attention and leaving everything looking a little more cared for.

Hopefully the clouds decide to do their bit soon! 🌧️🤞

We really do need some rain… and plenty of it. 🌧️🌱

As someone who spends every day working outdoors, it’s impossible not to notice how dry everything has become. Lawns are struggling, hedges are under stress, and the ground is like concrete in places.

I’m not usually one to comment on these things, but weather extremes like this certainly make you stop and think. Right now, everything feels like a tinderbox, and a good spell of steady rain would do our gardens, wildlife, and the countryside a world of good.

Until then, we’ll keep doing our best to help gardens through these challenging conditions.

🌿 Hedge Cutting Season is Back in Full Swing ✂️

With the recent cooler temperatures and more favourable weather conditions, we’ve been making the most of it by catching up on hedge cutting across Leicester and the surrounding villages.

After allowing nesting birds plenty of space earlier in the season, we’re now able to tackle many of the hedges that were previously left untouched. Whether it’s a light trim to keep things neat or a more substantial cut to restore shape, now is the ideal time to get hedges looking smart again before autumn arrives.

Alongside our regular garden maintenance, it’s been great to see gardens transformed with freshly cut hedges, tidy borders and well-presented outdoor space.

🌿 Another Productive Day in Glenfield 🌿

Today’s maintenance round kept us busy across Glenfield, with a mixture of lawn mowing, hedge trimming and general garden maintenance.

The recent sunshine has been perfect for getting outside and enjoying our gardens, but many lawns would certainly welcome the chance of a little rain. With showers possibly on the way over the next few days, we’re hoping for just enough to keep everything healthy and encourage that rich green growth without stopping us from getting the job done.

It’s always rewarding to leave behind freshly cut lawns, neatly trimmed hedges and gardens looking their very best. Consistent maintenance really does make all the difference throughout the season.
