Another torched on felt roof replaced for EPDM!

Scroll to see the condition of this roof before being upgraded to EPDM.

As you can see the boards underneath were rotten causing dips and ripples in the existing felt, this was holding water which is a risk for a leak if left much longer.

We replaced the boards underneath with new OSB boards and applied the new rubber roof, a much stronger and longer lasting option.

Another glass garden room completed!

Far cheaper alternative to an extension and a pleasure to spend your time in all weathers.

This customer wanted front and side sliding doors along with a glass roof. This option allows the front and side to be fully opened up when wanted.

Featuring an integrated drainage set up which runs through one of the supporting legs.

Awesome project completed in swadlincote.

This customer approached us wanting their flat roof converting to a pitched roof similar to the neighbours and knocking a supporting wall down internally to extend their kitchen in-to.

We removed the original concrete roof, built up the brick work to the desired height and pitch, made all the timber roof supports allowing for a Velux window.

Supplied and installed a brand new roof which looks incredible 🤩

Internally the wall was removed and we installed a supporting steel all completed to building control’s requirements.

We really enjoyed this project from start to finish!

This customers chimney was in an extremely poor state.

Having large cracks on both sides and the cement bed completely crumbled.

This was a huge safety risk as it could collapse at any stage.

A chimney in this state will cause a lot of damp inside the property causing mould and weak structure.

We rebuilt this chimney and made it a few courses smaller.

The neighbours side was to be completely blanked off also!
