🚧 We're Hiring – Join the Allroads Asphalt Solutions Team! 🚧
Due to our continued growth and an increasing workload, we're looking to expand our team with the following permanent positions:
🔴 Civils Gangs
Main duties will include breaking out, replacing and resetting highway ironwork to level.
🔴 Small Works Gangs
Carrying out small surfacing repairs, vehicle crossings, and dropped kerb installations.
🔴 Paver Operator
Must be experienced and hold the relevant qualifications.
🔴 Roller Operator
Must be experienced and hold the relevant qualifications.
🔴 Part-Time Office Administrator (20–30 hours per week)
Working alongside our current Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business.
🔴 Part-Time Yard & Stores Operative (20–30 hours per week)
Based at our Merrylees depot. Duties include loading and unloading deliveries, stock control, washing plant and vehicles, and general yard maintenance. Forklift experience is desirable, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
What we're looking for:
✅ Previous civils/groundworks experience with references (where applicable)
✅ Valid CSCS Card
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ Flexibility to work nights and weekends when required
✅ Relevant qualifications and plant operator tickets (where applicable)
These are permanent employed positions offering the opportunity to join a growing and well-established company.
