🚀 What could you achieve in your business over the next 12 months?
Today marks the official start of a very exciting chapter for Kings Electrical Contractors as we begin our 12-month Inner Circle coaching programme with Craig Wilkinson @ trades freedom club.
We kicked things off with a full Business Evaluation & Mindset day, looking honestly at where we are right now and creating the radar chart in the picture to give us our starting point.
But today wasn’t just about the business.
A big part of the day was understanding the importance of mindset and personal development, setting our 12-month business goals alongside our personal goals and looking at how we can protect our time, our energy and ultimately build a business that gives us the life we want.
For any tradespeople, construction business owners or subcontractors who haven’t come across Trades Freedom Club, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.
Craig also has a free podcast, which I’ve personally been listening to for the last few years. I’ve taken a huge amount from it and implemented a lot of what I’ve learnt into Kings Electrical, which has helped us grow exponentially and solidified my decision to join the inner circle programme.
All in all a great day and honestly, I’m fired up for what’s ahead! 💪🔥
There will no doubt be challenges along the way, but I’m excited to document the journey, share what we’re learning and hopefully show what’s possible when you step back, work on the business and commit to improving yourself as well as the business.
