Want your extension to look like it’s always been there?

It’s often the smaller details that make the biggest difference.

For this project, brick slips and oak beams helped the new space feel like a natural extension of the existing home - rather than something simply added onto it.

And because we have a skilled team across the trades, we can take your project from the initial build right through to the finishing touches.

Planning your next project? Drop us a message to arrange a no-obligation chat or quotation.

The team behind the build is just as important as the finished home (and ours is pretty awesome!).

From the first detail to the final finish, our team brings the skill, precision and care needed to create homes that not only look beautiful, but are built to last.

As members of the Federation of Master Builders, we’re committed to maintaining high standards across every project we take on, and that comes down to the people doing the work.

Our team’s experience, dedication and genuine passion for what they do is what makes the difference. And they happen to be a laugh to work with too (sometimes!).

We only take on a limited number of projects each year.

Not because we want to do fewer projects, but because we’re perfectionists.

We like to be involved in every detail, from the initial plans through to the final finishing touches, and we want to give every project the time, care and attention it deserves.

For us, it’s about creating homes were genuinely proud to put our name to, with every detail finished to the highest possible standard.

Our upcoming projects are now booking for February 2027.

If you’re planning an extension, renovation or new build, get in touch with us to discuss your project.

17 MONTHS. ONE HUGE TRANSFORMATION. 🏠

Ever wondered what actually goes into a full renovation? Take a look back with us at our recently completed project in Market Harborough to follow the journey from the very beginning to the finished home.

17 months later… one completely transformed home.

A project like this doesn’t happen overnight. It takes planning, skilled trades, attention to detail and a lot of hard work from start to finish.

3 mistakes Leicester homeowners make when extending 🏠

Save this post if you’re planning an extension...

1. Focusing on the build cost alone
The cheapest quote isn’t always the cheapest option. Make sure you understand exactly what’s included, what isn’t, and whether there are likely to be additional costs further down the line.

2. Leaving decisions until the build has started
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, sockets, doors… there are a lot of decisions to make. The earlier these are considered, the easier the build will be to manage.

3. Choosing a builder that doesn’t communicate
Your builder is going to be in your home for months, so experience, communication, workmanship and reliability matter just as much as the price on the quote.

A successful extension starts with good planning - always.

Why homeowners choose us over other builders đź‘€...

It’s the finer details. The way one piece of skirting meets the next. The way the brickwork lines up perfectly at a join. The finish of the silicone in a bathroom. The quality of the decorating. The precision when installing a kitchen.

These are the details that can easily get overlooked, but they’re the things we take pride in getting right.

So, take a closer look at our recently completed project (and we mean really close!). Look at the joins. The finishes. The details.

We’re also proud members of the Federation of Master Builders, reflecting the standards we hold ourselves to on every project 🫡.

Thinking about extending but not sure which construction method is right for your project? There are benefits to both.

TIMBER FRAME
🌲Faster construction – much of the frame can be manufactured off-site, helping to speed up the build.
🌲 Great thermal performance – timber frames can offer excellent levels of insulation and energy efficiency.
🌲 Design flexibility – a versatile option for a wide range of extension and renovation projects.

TRADITIONAL MASONRY
🧱 Proven construction method – brick and block construction has been used for generations and remains a popular choice.
🧱 Durable and robust – masonry provides a solid, long-lasting structure.
🧱 Thermal mass – the materials can help absorb and store heat, helping to regulate temperatures within the home.

So, which is better?

The answer depends on your property, your plans and what you want to achieve.

But of course, we’re here to talk you through the options and help you choose the right approach for your project.

17 MONTHS. ONE VERY SPECIAL HOME. 🏡

And finally… we can show you the finished result.

What began as a 3-4 bedroom detached bungalow in Market Harborough is now almost unrecognisable.

A home completely reimagined around the way our clients wanted to live - to host, entertain, relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

17 months of planning, building, problem-solving and an awful lot of attention to detail have gone into creating something pretty special.

Four bedrooms.
An incredible open-plan kitchen and dining space.
Seven bathrooms.
A spa with sauna and steam room.
Cinema room.
Gym.
Bespoke spiral cellar.
Landscaped gardens and a new driveway.
Beautiful oak trusses.
And Cotswold stonework that completely transforms the exterior.

For us though, it’s never just about the list of features - it’s about the details. The craftsmanship. The decisions made along the way. And taking the time to get things right.

It takes 17 months, an incredible team, and a commitment to doing things properly.

A huge thank you to every skilled trade, supplier, manufacturer and local business who helped bring this one to life. We couldn’t have done it without you. 👏🏼

Now for the important question… which room/feature is your favourite?!
