17 MONTHS. ONE VERY SPECIAL HOME. 🏡

And finally… we can show you the finished result.

What began as a 3-4 bedroom detached bungalow in Market Harborough is now almost unrecognisable.

A home completely reimagined around the way our clients wanted to live - to host, entertain, relax and enjoy time with family and friends.

17 months of planning, building, problem-solving and an awful lot of attention to detail have gone into creating something pretty special.

Four bedrooms.
An incredible open-plan kitchen and dining space.
Seven bathrooms.
A spa with sauna and steam room.
Cinema room.
Gym.
Bespoke spiral cellar.
Landscaped gardens and a new driveway.
Beautiful oak trusses.
And Cotswold stonework that completely transforms the exterior.

For us though, it’s never just about the list of features - it’s about the details. The craftsmanship. The decisions made along the way. And taking the time to get things right.

It takes 17 months, an incredible team, and a commitment to doing things properly.

A huge thank you to every skilled trade, supplier, manufacturer and local business who helped bring this one to life. We couldn’t have done it without you. 👏🏼

After months of work, this project is finally starting to show itself properly - the light, the space, the feel of it all coming together just as it should.

It’s not quite finished yet… but this is always one of the best stages. Everything’s in place, and you can really start to see the home it’s about to become.

Next up, the interior designers will be stepping in to add the final layer - furniture, artwork, and all the details that bring it to life, along with the stunning rear garden being finished off.

We can’t wait to show you the before and afters on this renovation once it’s fully complete! So much has changed 🏡
