Removed loose floor and shower tiles, investigated and traced the leak to failed shower tray sealing (no issues with the waste pipe), prepared and levelled the floor, re-laid tiles with rapid set adhesive, grouted, resealed the shower area and added future access to the shower tray.

All sealed, cleaned and left ready to use 👌
