A busy few weeks at TMDP…

It’s been a varied few weeks for the team, with new appointments coming in and a number of existing projects moving into their next stages.

We’ve been working across a real mix of projects, including new residential design, listed buildings and heritage work, pub refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, planning applications, Building Control and project management.

Recent highlights include progressing major refurbishment works across several hospitality sites, a new dwelling design, taking on a residential project requiring us to help bring incomplete works and Building Control matters back on track, and continuing the delivery of a significant commercial workplace project in Milton Keynes.

We’re also pleased to have welcomed Terry to the TMDP team as an Architectural & Project Designer (M.Arch), further strengthening our architectural and project delivery capability.

With several projects approaching site starts over the coming weeks, September is looking like another busy month!

🌡️☀️ Office Closed☀️🌡️

Due to the current heatwave, we’ve taken the highly technical decision to abandon the office before the air conditioning waves a white flag.

The TMDP team will be working remotely today from various cooler locations across the Midlands, armed with laptops, cold drinks and an unreasonable number of desk fans.

Don’t worry – we’re still fully operational and available by phone, email and Teams. The only difference is that our drawings are less likely to have sweat marks on them.

Stay cool, stay hydrated, and if you’re working on site today, take plenty of breaks and look after yourselves.
