Today we attended a site visit to review progress on this Grade II listed property in the beautiful village of Willaston.

Great to see the project moving forward, with all external structural works now complete. The propping system has been removed, leaving only the final repointing and window glazing works to finish externally.

Internal remedial works are scheduled to commence later this week as we move into the next phase of the project.

Working on listed buildings always brings unique challenges, but it's rewarding to see the careful restoration and structural improvements taking shape.

This one's coming to an end. ✅

The wall has been removed, the steel installed, and everything is now boarded and ready for the remedial works.

The team will be completing the plaster finish over the coming days, bringing this project one step closer to completion before moving on to the next one.

Structural Wall Removal & Steel Beam Installation | Oadby

Steven from B&B Property Service provides an update on a current Oadby project, removing an internal wall to create a more open space.

The next stage is installing a steel beam supported by padstones to provide structural support for the existing joists.

Once complete, the team will make good, plaster and finish the area ready for the next stage of the renovation.
