It’s been a busy one this week. We managed to do this conversion for a lovely lady in Lees. We converted there heating system from a conventional heating system to a sealed system (combi boiler).
The pictures below show how we do our installs. We don’t just cut pipes underneath the old boiler and connect onto them. We take pride in our work and like to cut all the old pipework out and start a fresh.

This one consisted off a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Honeywell wireless programmable room thermostat , shock arrestor, upgraded Gas supply from the meter, all new pipework, clips and electrics,
Standard procedure on all our new installs. We register the boiler with Gas safe, building control and the manufacturer.

As we try to continue to grow. We wanted to share the news we are going to start installing air conditioning.
This will be to the same standard we install our heating systems.
It will be the same team, with the same values from our family run business .

Air conditioning provides both cool air for them sleepless hot summer evenings we have recently experienced. it also provides hot heating for those cold winter nights.
This would particularly suit local people in the rorul area’s that surround our business.
We are a local business based within the Springhead community. We have been serving the local communities for the last 18 years which we will continue to do both with heating installations and now air conditioning.

This week we replaced a 15 year old Worcester boiler (that had the standard bucket underneath to catch the leaking water).
The pictures below show how we do our installs. We don’t just cut pipes underneath the old boiler and connect onto them. We take pride in our work and like to cut all the old pipework out and start a fresh.

This one consisted off a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Hive smart thermostat, shock arrestor, upgraded condensate pipe, all new pipework, clips and electrics,
Standard procedure on all our new installs. We register the boiler with Gas safe, building control and the manufacturer.

This week we replaced a 15 year old Worcester boiler (that had the standard bucket underneath to catch the leaking water). We turned the boiler onto the adjacent wall for better access.
We used the existing flue hole which ment using a couple of flue accessories to achieve this.

Good morning, we are looking for a fellow Gas engineer to join our little friendly team.
This position mainly consists of boiler installations. The work is all local.
We are happy to offer one day, two day, three days etc whichever works best for you.

I think it’s fair to say that silly season has officially started🔥🔥.
We have had some new local customers taking advantage off our pre season offers we have on new boilers.

First up was this conversion.
We converted there old 30 year old conventional heating system into a sealed system (combi boiler).
We removed the old tanks from the upstairs bathroom giving them more bathroom space.
They are now ready for the cold weather that is fast approaching ❄️.

This one consisted off a new Baxi boiler (10 year warranty), Magna clean protection filter, Hive smart thermostat, shock arrestor, upgraded Gas supply, all new pipework, clips and electrics. We kept the new condensate pipe internally to prevent it from freezing ❄️.
We also bricked there old balanced flue hole up.

Standard procedure on all our new installs. We register the boiler with Gas safe, building control and the manufacturer.

A conversion for another local customer this week. There house is now ready for the cold weather that is just around the corner ❄️.

A straight forward one this week. We swapped a old Vaillant 837 (16 year old) for its upgraded version. The Vaillant eco tec plus 840. The best boiler out there (in my opinion).

This was consisted off a new Vaillant eco tec plus 840 (10 year warranty), Vaillant protection filter which we fitted to the correct pipe as the old filter had been installed on the wrong pipe! We installed a Hive smart thermostat which allows you to control your boiler anywhere in the world off your phone.
Once we finished we used reputable chemicals Fernox to finish the job of.

It’s coming to that time of year when we start to turn our heating on. Is your boiler ready for the winter months ahead!!
