So nice to get this review after 1000 days of January in the rain. Thanks so much Charlotte and family.

“James and his fantastic team recently completed a ground and first floor extension to our property. To be honest before asking James to carry out our work, I was dreading it all. A full back of house extension where the only room untouched would be the main bedroom, trying to live as a family in the house throughout the build, however from the very start of our project James had a plan of attack with very little disruption to our family life.

James and team were so helpful and brought a wealth of experience, professionalism, and reliability. James project managed the build to the highest standard to achieve swift completion. Solid work ethics proved vital in delivering a lovely new home for our family. No job was too big or small and always with such a friendly service. The quality of the build is exceptional. I would like to thank James, Tom and Simon for all their hard work and for making it a very enjoyable experience.

We were recommended JTM by family, and after seeing the high standard of their work, it was an easy decision to use them.

James worked closely with us to ensure we stayed within budget. He and the team kept us updated daily, providing us with a clear understanding of the project’s progress throughout the entire process.

The team are all really conscientious, they turned up when they said they will, they worked solidly through the day in all weather and left the place tidy. The pace of work was swift and we were impressed with how quickly our build went up while maintaining a high quality of work. Even discovering a Victorian well where the foundations needed to go didn’t hold them back!

James and his team are all extremely professional, approachable and friendly. They were considerate of the disruption building work causes and did their best to minimise time without hot water and the washing machine!

We would highly recommend JTM to anyone and already have done to a number of people! Thanks to the whole team!

JTM Building, who carried out a rear storey extension and media wall for my home during the spring/summer of 2024. From the very beginning to the final touches, their professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail were outstanding.

The rear storey extension they built has completely transformed our living space, and the media wall they designed is a true standout feature in our home. The quality of their work is exceptional, and the finished result has exceeded all our expectations.

This was a house where we had completed an extension a few years ago. They booked us back in to do their drive and front garden and left the design completely up to us. We are all really pleased with the result!
