Planning approved!

Located in a sought-after area of North Leeds, we’re transforming a dated three-bedroom dormer bungalow into a modern, open-plan family home, almost doubling its floor area.

Finished in Yorkshire coursed stone with a natural slate roof, the design combines generous living spaces with a home office, gymnasium and feature entrance gallery. A large rear terrace and first-floor balconies will overlook substantial, curated gardens, creating a strong connection between the home and its surroundings.

Another planning permission granted this week. The approved proposals include a single-storey rear extension, landscaping alterations, and the replacement of the garage door with a new window to enable the integral garage to be converted into habitable room. This week we have another approval, this time for a scheme that transforms the existing property through the removal of the conservatory and the addition of a new side porch with feature entrance, a single-storey rear extension, a hip-to-gable roof extension and a new rear dormer with a Juliet balcony. The proposal also includes external rendering to provide a fresh, modern appearance to the bungalow.
