2024 marks a significant milestone for AES as we celebrate 33 years of business!
We are proud to be able to say, over the past three decades, we have successfully completed thousands of projects, large and small.
This milestone prompts us to ponder and reflect on our journey and appreciate how far we've come.
My father's inception of the business in 1991, our humble beginnings, watching him juggling the many hats of a tradesman. He set the precedent for the foundations on which the business now operates.
Offering his knowledge and time, putting many through their electrical apprenticeships, including myself, my brothers, my nephew and the many others that came after.
Seeing him offer free services to the elderly, something I will never forget, taking it not only with me not through only my career but for the rest of my life.
AES still upholds integrity and honesty 33 years later, growing into a trusted name in the industry and community.
More recently my dad, transitioning into semi-retirement from around 2019.
Handing over AES to myself and my fiancรฉ, where we were granted the nod of approval to break boundaries and guide the business to greatness through elevating operations and achieving new heights.
We've hit targets, set obtainable goals, and practiced delayed gratification, allowing us to heavily invest in the latest technologies, training, and maintaining highest quality industry achievements such as the NIC EIC approved contractor status since 1996.
The ever-growing incredible team now at AES working relentlessly, around the clock ensuring safety, delivering quality and building lasting relationships.
We couldn't have reached this incredible milestone without the support of our amazing clients, our hardworking team, and the community that has embraced us over the years.
