Just under 4 weeks ago we started this project at the nursery.

Full works included:-
• building a brand new deck area
(8m X 2.5m) with new balustrades.
• Fully removing existing timber cladding from all 4 of the building elevation’s & replace with approx 160sqm of composite cladding, plus refit security cameras & lighting.
• Supply & fit new uPVC emergency exit door onto new deck area.

A daunting task within the timescale & doing it on my own plus not helped with material delivery delays…the extreme hot weather & the odd downpour which meant we lost around 6 days..!

So 10-12hr days, 7 days a week to help pull it back on schedule & last week was all done with just a few window trims to do in a few weeks time.

Completely changed the look of the building..for the better, & is now virtually
maintenance free.

Composite Decking- Teak
Cladding - Coffee/walnut
Balustrades- Black powder coated aluminium.

A job done the other day for my son, daughter in law & granddaughter.

Getting things ready for their big move into their new home within the next week or so.

So we supplied & fitted new Credenza oak laminate throughout the living room & hallway.
We also added a few more sockets to both the living room & bedroom before we fitted the new oak & grey acoustic panelling to the living room & main bedroom.

A new chapter for them in a much better environment..can’t wait to see them fully settled in, in this lovely house. 💛🤍💙
