Installation of a four-pane Cero II sliding door system completed today 💥

At nearly 9.6 metres wide and 2.7 metres high, these bespoke Solarlux sliding doors cover over 25 square metres in total. They'll create an amazing light-filled living space with expansive views of the surrounding countryside at this gorgeous new build home northwest of Leeds.

The doors are made with an aluminium frame for strength and durability, with a metallic finish in on-trend anodic bronze colour.

Because of strong winds impacting this part of the property, the sliding doors were designed to offer a very high wind load of nearly 1,900 Pascals. As part of this, rather than the centre two panes coming together as a meeting style on the same track, it was necessary during our detailed design phase to move one of them to the outside track and offset them so as to create an interlock with more aluminium reinforcement.

The doors are part of a full glazing package that we've provided for this project, which also includes a shaped window, our own Reveal Aluminium sliding doors, tilt-and-turn windows and fixed windows. The glass panes of the Cero sliding doors were craned in on Tuesday this week and installation finished earlier today.
