Project spotlight: 1 Leadenhall Street, London.

Peter Marshall Steel Stairs partnered with Multiplex to design, fabricate and deliver two major stair cores, overcoming restricted access with an award‑nominated temporary bridge solution.

With over 20,000 assemblies, 31,000 bolts and 218 tonnes of steel across both stairs, the team also installed key temporary safety systems to keep the site moving safely and efficiently.💪

From workshop to site this project showcases the full journey of precision steelwork delivered by Peter Marshall Steel Stairs at North Lindsey College.

We were proud to be involved from initial fabrication through to final installation designing and manufacturing two stair flights with a 2000mm width between stringers rising to a 7200mm floor height Every stage was carefully engineered in our workshop before being delivered and installed on site ensuring accuracy quality and a seamless fit.
