Coronavirus and social distancing measures...
During these difficult times we will continue working. but things have changed to protect workers and customers.

We are only undertaking urgent work such as water leaks, no hot water and blocked toilets. We will arrive with clean gloves and mask.
We realise that circumstances differ but in general we would like customers and workers to have no contact.

Before arrival please disinfect the work area if you are able to do so. The engineer may need access to your stop tap, gas meter etc.
On arrival the engineer will phone you from outside. You can discuss the job with him at this stage.

It would be appreciated if you and your family could stay in a room where the engineer will not need to go.
When the job is complete the engineer will wipe down work areas.
The engineer will return to his van and ring you to explain what he has done.

Please ring the office to make card payment. A receipt will be emailed if requested.
We will try and be flexible particularly in the case of the elderly or where the above steps are not practical, if this is the case please make us aware when booking.

Our team of clean and tidy professionals can tackle any challenge. This week we have supplied and installed a standard quality kitchen. Located in the middle of Leeds City centre (briggate). We were up against traffic wardens, lots of stairs with no lifts, awkward building structures and a four day deadline. Never the less our joiners, plumbers, electricians and decorators did a superb job all while keeping neighbouring flats and the customers happy. 👍
