A few days ago we got an emergency callout from a chap who told us he had heard a loud bang in the night. He came downstairs to water flooding out of his kitchen unit where his water heater was located. 😬

We turned up within the hour to cap off the appliance and make sure everything was safe and to ensure we could get the water back on for him. 💦

Today we attended, ripped out his faulty water heater along with the central heating boiler. We then supplied, fitted and relocated a new Ideal Logic Max combination boiler with 10 years warranty 🤩

Customer was over the moon with the swift turn around and can now rest easy knowing he has 10 years warranty with his new boiler. 😊
