Novellini novasolid shower tray installed by far the best tray ive ever installed , super strong high quality finish,
Full new wiring system installed by as always Wired Electrical , old room was the first bathroom i ever installed around 26 years , it was a well overdue renovation but once stripped out i had zero water damage under old bath, no rotted floorboards, no watermarks on the walls behind bath and tiles, never leaked , never an issue other than the replacement of a faulty electic shower,

Full major refurb in East Keswick on a 500 year old property for one of the nicest people ive ever met.
started with a 2 meter high ceiling which made it unsuitable for design and usability for the taller family members, so we removed the full ceiling structure all old pipework, customer had her own electrician come and re wire the full upper floor, we bulit a new ceiling bringing the hight up to 8 feet, over come drainage issues due to zero void under floorboards due to lower floor having exposed beams, this room had every problem you could find doing bathrooms layers of tiles from previous refurbs, dangers including large heavy exposed stone hanging on by a thread in the loft due to an incorreclty removed chimney stack , all is now repaired and safe , hard job this one but well worth the effort , some photos missing due to changing phones Novellini tray installed
