✅ Plant Deck completed on one of our London-based projects.

As you can see in the photos, this was a very challenging installation, but our team did a great job of making it work.

❄️ Chilled water and 🔥 heating services installed from plate heat exchangers to serve FCU’s.

Plant equipment consisting of:

✅ Grundfos twin head pumps x 2
✅ Pressurisation units x 2
✅ Dosing pots and air dirt separators x 2
✅ Strainers x 2
✅ Expansion vessels x 2

Other scope of works:

✅❄️ Chilled water and 🔥 Heating pipework to 15 x Fan coil units.
✅ Domestic services and drainage to serve male/female WCs, Easy access WC and kitchen sinks.

Gas boilers and water heaters out and replaced with Vaillant ASHP kits.

An old inefficient glowworm conventional system was replaced with an A-rated Ideal Logic 2+ combi boiler with 7 years of parts and labour warranty.
