Our most recent job - we carried out a 2 part DPC to a basement utility.

The landlord didn’t want to return it to how it was originally fitted out, so we followed the landlords instructions to box in the pipework, supply and fit one sink base unit, reuse the old worktop and sink!!!

Found damp!!! Condensation!!!! Black mould!!!
