🏗️ Another milestone reached at Hull Train Station!

We’re pleased to have now completed works at Block B for TransPennine Express, transforming a historic Grade II listed building into modern, functional office space for the TransPennine team.

🎥 In this video, our Contracts Manager, Nigel Stocks, takes us through the completed works and the transformation of the space.

It’s been a fantastic project to be part of, bringing a sensitive historic building back into productive use while creating a modern working environment.

And the work doesn’t stop there… 🚧
Our team is continuing with the transformation of Bloc A, with further works underway at Hull Train Station.

🏆 Most Improved – Lidl Bensham Project

We’re pleased to share that our Lidl Bensham project has been recognised as Most Improved under the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

This is a fantastic milestone for the project team and reflects the ongoing work to improve standards across the site and ensure we are working responsibly and considerately within the community.

A special thank you to Ashleigh Webster DipNEBOSH, our Health & Safety Manager, whose support, guidance and commitment have played an important part in helping the team reach this milestone.

👏 Well done to everyone involved in the Lidl Bensham project — a great example of what can be achieved through teamwork, continuous improvement and a strong commitment to site standards.

🚧 LIDL Bensham – Work Progress Update

Great to see the project continuing to progress on site.

The curtain walling and windows, external door sets, loading bay door, canopy shelter and wall cladding are now complete.

Internally, works have also commenced on the partitions, boarding and plaster finishes, bringing the project another step closer to completion.

A great effort from everyone involved in keeping the project moving forward. 👷‍♂️🏗️

Project Update | Ravenscliffe School Extension 🏫

Progress is looking great at our Ravenscliffe School extension, with the roof works now complete.

The PV panel installation is nearing completion, and with the roof works nearing completion, the scaffolding will soon be coming down, giving a clearer view of the finished extension.

The finished roof is looking great and marks another important milestone as the extension continues to take shape.

Will Pearson was delighted to represent Jupiter Construction and attend the awards and join in recognising Linkage’s achievement in winning the Property Innovation Award 2026.

We’re proud to have played a part alongside the wider project team and would like to say a huge thank you to Linkage Community Trust for working with us. It’s been a pleasure to be involved, and we’re excited to see what’s next!

🚧 Project Update | Lidl Clifton Moor

We’re making great progress at Lidl Clifton Moor as we approach another key milestone in the project.

The team is nearing completion of the internal fit-out, with the delivery and installation of the cold stores now underway.

It’s great to see the project continuing to move towards completion, with the hard work and coordination of everyone involved keeping the programme on track. 👷‍♂️🏗️

🏗️ Project Update | Oldham College

Progress continues at Oldham College, with the roof works now completed.

The next stage will see the wall cladding, with flashings around the windows and doors to follow as the external works progress.

The project is continuing to take shape, with another key stage ahead for the team on site.

🏗️ New Project Announcement | Lidl Stanley

We’re pleased to announce that we’re starting works on a new Lidl project in Stanley, delivering the fit-out of a developer shell.

Working alongside HTC Architects, our team will be taking the project from the existing shell through to a fully fitted and operational retail space, coordinating the works and trades throughout the fit-out.

We’re looking forward to getting started and bringing another high-quality retail project to completion. 👏

🚀 PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT | 1 WHITEHALL RIVERSIDE

We’re pleased to announce that Jupiter Construction has been appointed to deliver a CAT A and CAT B office refurbishment at 1 Whitehall Riverside.

The project will involve the refurbishment and fit-out of part of the third floor, transforming the existing space into a high-quality, modern working environment.

Our scope will incorporate both CAT A refurbishment works and CAT B fit-out, delivering a finished workspace tailored to the requirements of the end user.

We look forward to sharing progress as the project gets underway.
