A friend came to me in desperate need of work doing in his shop, after some cowboys pulled a fast one.

Little bit of decking do today.

The customer wasn't happy with the old unused pond as it was abit of an eye sore in the garden.

They called MAC2 up wanting us to make good joining on to the existing decking.

Here's the completed utility conversion.

We've loved to see the transformation on this one maximising the space and adding a small WC into the equation.
We've also insulated all the exterior walls and new ceiling to ensure we've got full heat efficiency.

Thanks to MCK Plumbing & Heating for the new boiler and new radiators throughout the whole of downstairs.
