We have been quiet on social media lately but our diary has most definitely not been quiet.

We have worked alongside a local joiner on a recent kitchen installation ensuring all plumbing works was carried out in great time for the kitchen to be completed 💥

Just a reminder of what is done on a general clean. I can also do windows, skirtings, fridge cleans but something will have to be missed on the general clean due to my tight daily schedule. I don’t have any extra time at all as I am fully booked so if extras are wanted a room/job will have to be missed. Please appreciate if you want the clean to a high standard it takes time to complete, the clearer the space the more time I have to clean. 🧽

Today's job...

We were on site to install a complete underfloor heating system in a new extension and an existing kitchen. This was installed using overlay boards, to the customer and builders specification. Both very happy and more work can commence on the project!

WINTER BOILER SERVICE ONLY £45! ❄️🔥

This Ideal Logic +30 we previously installed was due it's service this weekend. Everything running perfectly and ready for the winter!

Here's some progress pictures of a Baxi Heating UK - Boilers 636 install. Just the flue and condense pipe to finish once the gas main is installed in a couple of weeks.

We have 'zoned' this new system, which allows you to control areas of your home separately (for example upstairs and downstairs). We find this to be much more efficient and comfortable!

Early morning job repairing this heat only boiler.

No heat or hot water is just what you need on a cold winter morning! This one turned out to be a faulty pump, which was swapped out and the system is back up and running. By having your boiler serviced annually, we can try and catch these problems before they happen.

I think it's time to retire this return valve...don't you? 🙈

A minor leak had caused it to seize up and the gauge wasn't reading correctly. Now replaced with a genuine part from Ideal and the boiler/system is back up and running! 🎉

Today's job...an office refurbishment.

We are installing surface mounted pipework to feed the radiator system, in addition to a Baxi 600 Combi Boiler.
We'll also be back to help fit a 'Doc M Pack' (disability spec) bathroom later this week.

Just what you want on a Tuesday morning! 😳

We've been out to help fix a 28mm pipe feed, that had accidentally been nailed by a joiner working on a local school refurbishment. The feed supplied a 2000l cold water storage tank system, which we repaired and re-filled to supply water back to the classrooms.
