🔨 Loft Conversion Project – Gracey Lane, Bradford 🔨
Here’s a look at one of our current projects over on Gracey Lane in Bradford, where P&T Construction Leeds has been selected as the main contractor.
So far, we’ve made great progress on site:
• Fully stripped out the existing structure
• Built up the gable wall using two skins of brick
• Upgraded the floor with 6x3 joists and 22mm OSB T&G boarding
• Installed the ridge steel, ready to support the front roof
• Formed the rear structure, preparing for a large dormer to accommodate two bedrooms
The dormer has now been boarded out with 18mm OSB, the front roof is back to a watertight state, and the rear is not far behind.
Looking ahead to next week, we’ll be:
• Tiling the dormer using Rosemary tiles
• Starting internal partitions
• Preparing for staircase installation towards the end of the week
