Another one of our recent projects - Prestec UK Limited have recently completed a conversion of a ground floor shop in Stevenage into a new public branch of the Leeds Building Society.

Lidl Milton Keynes - New Build

FDT have recently achieved practical completion on the new Milton Keynes for Lidl GB.

The project comprised of demolishing the exisitng store and construction of a brand new state of the art store in just under 28 weeks.

Congratulations to Flavius and his professional construction team.

A big well done to the Mono Architectural Design team on another successful delivery.

We are looking forward to working with FDT on their #2025 projects.

Planning approved for a new Store at East Grinstead.

Plans to demolish a former Homebase and replace it with a branch of Lidl have been approved by Mid Sussex District Council.

After a long, drawn out Planning process, Mono Architectural Design are pleased to announce that, on behalf of our client, we have finally been granted Full Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent to transform the Grade II Listed, 19th century Manor House Hotel on Walkergate in Otley, into two new dwellings.

House A, which is the eastern plot, will be a three-bedroom home which keeps the existing fireplaces and staircase. It would be accessed from the side, through the double timber gates located underneath the existing passageway.

House B, the western plot, will be transformed into a four-bed property, also keeping its original fireplaces and original features, would be accessed directly from Walkergate.

Externally, the north façade would be in keeping with the listed buildings and houses on the street, replacing / upgrading the doors and sliding sash windows, removing all current pub signage.

Two separate gardens will be constructed in the south-facing yard, both featuring private patios and lawns.
