New Kitchen install Crossgates, almost completed

Great transformation, now a nice new modern open area,

We will back here in a few weeks to finish worktop upstands once they arrive

All new LED lighting
Radiator relocated and pipework
New Electric hob
New washer and pipework

Due to the new layout and my client requesting to keep their current tiled floor, they only have minimal work… finding 2 new tiles

Another bathroom transformation completed a few days ago. This was for an elderly relative in Bridlington.

Full ripped out,

Tiled floor to ceiling 600x300

Swapped out the bath for a decent size showering area with anti slip tray and mobility aids.

Full new electric shower and lighting

Comfort height W/C

Vanity unit has now made some storage space which they didn’t have.

Waterproof LVT flooring
