Great to get these photos back from a new build design our team have done. Providing a large detached home with large double bedrooms and an open plan living space. The plot has a large garden which is accessed through Bi-Folding doors connecting the interior to the exterior.

Great to see this barn conversion come to life in these stunning photos. We pride ourselves in designed spaces that meet our clients wants & needs, this project included redevelopment of this grand barn space which was converted into a space the client now calls home. The interior features open plan living and a modern finish, the team and client wanted to keep the character of the barn which we have done using timber cladding to the front and rear and exposed timber beams internally.
A great project to be a part of and one our team have thoroughly enjoyed.

PLANNING APPROVED ✅
We are delighted to announce we have been granted full planning approval for this extension project in Huddersfield consisting of a two storey side and rear forming a new kitchen/dining area, two new bedrooms and extending two single rooms into double bedrooms.

A new single storey rear extension to create a bigger kitchen/living area, the design includes glazing following the gable end to create natural light and a seamless transition into an updated garden layout, perfect for those summer days !

Great news that we can announce we have received full planning permission for a front dormer and front single storey extension on this bungalow in Brighouse.
The brief from the client was to create another bedroom and create an open plan living space perfect for hosting.
With a mix of white render and timber cladding this project should look spectacular!
Our team have now been instructed to carry out construction drawings.
We can wait to see these drawings come to life!

Great news that we can announce we have received full planning for an extension and full house renovations of this detached bungalow in Cleckheaton.
The brief from the client was to increase the number bedrooms, create an open living space and create an updated family home.
The team have achieved that through extensions to the front and rear, a loft conversion and full internal remodel.
Our team are well underway with the construction drawings. We can’t wait to see the progress and completion of this project!

Fantastic news that we can announce we have received full planning permission for a hip to gable loft conversion with a rear dormer and front roof light with balustrades, a single storey rear extension and dropped curb at the front for more parking.
The brief from the client was to create an extra bedroom with as much light and space in the loft area, an increase in kitchen size & to create off street parking.
First use of a bi-fold window which opens seamlessly onto the raised garden at the back, perfect for summer !

Fantastic news that we can announce we have received a certificate of lawful development for this loft conversion with a hip to gable in Bradford.
Our team also completed the ground floor rear extension last year and the client entrusted our team with this loft conversion and they are now in with the building regs to bring their loft conversion to life!
