Another flat roof completed this week 🔨

Removed the old worn out felt flat roof and replaced it with an advanced 2 layer bitumen system for a strong, long-lasting finish.

Also added a Code 4 lead saddle between the flat roof and the pitched roof to make sure that joint is fully watertight and protected from future leaks 👌

All sealed up properly and built to handle the British weather 🌧️💨

Another one ticked off this week 🔨

Stripped the tiles back along the abutment wall, removed all the rotten felt and old lath and replaced it properly to make sure everything is solid underneath.

Fitted brand new lead step flashing and installed plastic soakers for a clean, watertight finish 👌

Also sorted the area around the soil pipe — replaced the rotten felt and lath there too and changed all the broken tiles across the roof.

All done right and built to last 💪

Another job completed this week 👌

Removed the old damaged alto lead that was causing issues and replaced it properly with Code 4 lead to make sure it’s done right and built to last.

All stripped out, cleaned up and fitted properly for a much better finish and long-term protection against the weather 🌧️💨

‼️roof repair sorted‼️✅

This property had the felt hanging in the gutter causing water to soak up in the horrible weather ☔ we have had recently causing damp issues on the ceiling inside

⚫️ So we have fitted new eve trays all along the eve line and cut back the rotten felt hanging kn the gutter to stop thos happeing any more ✅

⚫️ Also cleaned all the moss from the gutters and tile ✅

Emergency roof replacement carried out yesterday!!

Priced up Tuesday evening at a matter of urgency and was able to provide a quote the customer was happy with and wanted to go ahead with the work asap!
So yesterday afternoon we completed the work!

One happy customer… he was over the moon and now worry free that his new kitchen isn’t going to be destroyed by a falling ceiling
