Role Overview
As a Roofer with our company, you will be responsible for day-to-day responsive roofing repairs. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and a monthly bonus package.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out responsive roofing repairs efficiently and safely
- Work on pitched roofs including tiles and slates
- Perform chimney repairs and maintenance

Not every post is a success story, and today is one of those moments.

After a rewarding 5 years partnering with Sanctuary Housing—delivering reactive maintenance repairs and major works across multiple trade disciplines—we recently learned that our tender bid for the next 4 years was unsuccessful. The decision ultimately came down to price, and like many businesses, we faced the tough choice of increasing costs to maintain the quality of service we believe in.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to all the associates and colleagues we've had the privilege to work with at Sanctuary Housing. Wishing everyone the very best for the future.
