Hi all here is a rap around staircase banister I have done for a customer . The original rap around banister was just framed out and paneled and blocked alot of light . I also took the original wall out under the stairs and built new wall so it would finish flush to side of main staircase and boarded with a door frame ready for plaster . I have gained 4 inch in the hall way in width doing this and is a much better finish

Here are some before and after pic of some flooring I replaced with a oak banister . The person that did the previous work clearly wasn't a joiner . I fit the new floor and fit a new oak banister over covered the side string in oak veneer and continued the top and bottom rail into corner at top of stairs to complete the overall finish with oak spindles . I also fit top step and side wooden nosing with new skirting . Very happy with the finish

Here is a kitchen I fit including utility and pantry. I over boarded the floors and adapted all the plumbing for all appliances and sinks . I reused the old worktop for the pantry to do shelves and top . The main kitchen worktops are quartz and where fit by another company I just went back to fit taps and seal up very happy with the end result
