Yesterday was , and this one was for Millen 💜💛

Balloons on the wagons, RADLD flags flying, and Milleny Moo, our DLD wagon, front and centre in the yard with the Procon and Civcon Civil Engineering teams. Big Red and Sienna got dressed up too.

Developmental Language Disorder affects around 1 in 14 people, and most have never heard of it. Every year we use our name, our wagons and our yard to change that a little.

2023, purple t-shirts. 2024, banners on the gate. 2025, handprints all over the office.

This year it's on wheels. Milleny Moo, our DLD wagon, carries the RADLD and ADHD awareness symbols onto sites, villages and streets across Yorkshire and the North West, every working day. Every person who asks why the wagon is purple is one more person who knows what DLD is.

DLD Day 2025. We stopped everything 💜💛

The boss's daughter came into the office, the yellow paint came out, and the whole team got involved: handprints, purple hoodies, and learning what DLD actually is.

1 in 14 people have Developmental Language Disorder. It affects how they understand and use language, and it still isn't talked about enough. So we keep talking about it.

DLD Day 2024. We went bigger 💜💛

RADLD banners on the yard gate, stickers on the wagons, and the Procon and Civcon teams lined up in purple to spread the word around Yorkshire.

The point hasn't changed: DLD affects around 1 in 14 people and still doesn't get talked about enough. The more people who know the name, the more families get heard.

Purple t-shirts on and the whole team together for Developmental Language Disorder awareness.

For us it's personal. One of our directors' daughters has DLD, and that year we decided to use our name to get people talking about it.

One of our volumetric wagons on a new-build estate, cones out and the chute swung across to drop the load right next to the work. Mixed on board, so it comes out fresh and only as much as the job needs.

Footings on a tight street, and the concrete went straight in off the chute.

Our Bay-Lynx Manufacturing Inc. Titan batching on site and running the concrete down the chute into the excavation. Mixed as it's poured, so it goes in fresh and the crew only gets what the job needs.
